SH-Series Handpieces with Nose Guards

SH-Series Straight handpieces have been designed for surgical applications. The handpiece should not be operated without a nose guard when a straight bur is used.
Uses standard ø2.35 mm burs and drills.
Twist-Ring and Lever Chucking models.
Steam autoclavable (135 degrees C).
Nose Guards prevent debris, blood, or irrigant from entering the handpiece.
User-replaceable autoclavable Silicone Discs are used in conjunction with Short Nose Guards. Long Nose Guards have embedded bearings to assure concentricity of long-shanked burs.

S Nose Guard: Short with a notch; to be used with a standard 45 mm long dental bur. Longer burs with small heads and straight shanks may be used.
SP Nose Guard: S Nose Guard with irrigation pipe.
L Nose Guard: Long to be used with surgical burs at least 65 mm long, with shank lengths of 60 mm.
LP Nose Guard: L Nose Guard with irrigation pipe.

SH-26: 1:1 Twist-Ring Chucking Straight Handpiece.
SH-27: 1:1 20 degree Angled Twist-Ring Chucking Handpiece.
SH-28: 1:1 Lever Chucking Straight Handpiece; when Nose Guard and test bar are removed, accepts standard dental attachments, such as contra and prophy angles.

SH-29: 2.7:1 Reduction speed with lever chucking; slower speed/higher torque.
SH-31: 1:2 Double Speed Angled Twist-Ring handpiece.
